A large property development company based in London and covering the south
east.
What was their issue?
The company works on a range of construction projects, both domestic and
commercial and covering new builds as well as extensions and refurbishments.
They had solid H&S systems and procedures in place but needed assistance with
Construction and Design Maintenance Regulations documentation, and also
ensuring consistency across multiple sites working simultaneously.
How did we solve it?
We took over the management of all CDM paperwork for each individual project,
ensuring that all relevant parties had input and access at the appropriate times.
We also began conducting regular site visits to ensure safety practices were
being applied consistently and adhered to by the various teams.

underpinned by the confidence that they have excellent safety documentation
and practices in place in a high-risk industry. The site teams appreciate the
